14-Day Return Window
Because our items are custom-made, we accept "change of mind" returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition and packaging.
- Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the art is packaged safely for transit.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Damage & Errors
Art is fragile, and we take every precaution. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 72 hours of delivery.
